Phase 1: Assessment & foundations

Weeks 1–2 focus on movement quality, baseline strength, and conditioning benchmarks so we can personalize your load, volume, and recovery.

How much time will this take each week?

Most athletes train 4–5 days per week with 45–75 minute sessions, depending on your phase, season, and schedule. We help you plug the sessions into your existing practices, lifts, and games so you’re adding focused work—not random volume.

What sports is this best for?

The system is built for field, court, and endurance-based sports where speed, power, and repeat efforts matter—football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, lacrosse, track, combat sports, and more. If you’re unsure, apply and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.

Is this remote or in-person coaching?

The core program is delivered remotely through a training app and course portal, with coaching support through video breakdowns, weekly check-ins, and messaging. For local athletes, there may be opportunities for in-person sessions depending on timing and availability.

What equipment do I need?

Ideally you’ll have access to a basic strength and conditioning setup: barbells or dumbbells, a squat rack, turf or a field to sprint, and standard conditioning tools. If your access is limited, we’ll adjust your program to the gear you have.

Can I do this in-season without burning out?

Yes. We regularly coach athletes in-season. Volume, intensity, and exercise selection are adjusted around your game schedule so the work supports your performance instead of competing with it.
